​For developers or shareholders of residential, commercial, hotel or mixed-use schemes, we undertake development management appointments to oversee the formation, execution and realisation of selected projects.

​As development managers, we work on a joint venture or consulting or basis to undertake projects in representation of partnership & shareholder interests throughout the development cycle; from site acquisition, to design and planning, through construction, and sales/leasing.

We diligently apply our craft to increase development  profitability, whilst enhancing the delivery and ongoing legacy of our developments.  ​

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

Having working on over 100 projects across the UK, USA & Australia we originate unique risk mitigated private equity real state (PERE) investments that target consistent 15%+ IRR yields on capital irrespective of macro market environments. 

On an aligned joint venture basis Keystone partner with private HNW, family office and institutional investors with investable capital of £5M to £50M+ to assemble and execute PERE projects to exacting investment criteria.

We will execute our JV investment strategy, as we source & acquire a site, assemble a project team, manage design & planning, raise finance, manage construction, and oversee sales & leasing to project completion.​​

We work in partnership with local and overseas private land owners to realise the untapped development potential of strategic land assets. 

As joint venture development partners, Keystone will hold overarching project command on behalf of our partnership, as we direct and manage all facets of the development process as we assemble and manage the design, planning, capitalisation, construction and sales/leasing of our project to successful completion.

As a real estate development and construction management firm Keystone is unique, for our offering represents the culmination of over two decades of international experience in the businesses of real estate development, construction and PERE investment management.

We manage every facet of the project; from acquisition, to architectural design & consultants, planning approvals, and construction to ensure ownership interests are upheld without compromise throughout the course of the project.  

Keystone was founded after recognising  firsthand how crucial the developer and/or owner’s role is in driving the success of any property project (large or small).  And yet, due to lack of time, expertise or inclination, the majority of owners and shareholders either abdicated or assign their role to architects and construction managers who inherently have misaligned creative and/or commercial interests to the risk carrying project owner.  As your partnering or consulting  Development Manager, Construction Mnanager or Owner’s Agent, Keystone represents you the owner at the helm of the project to actively represent the your best interests and objectives throughout the development cycle.

​All too often we have encountered designers, consultants, builders, contractors and suppliers that compromising their professional integrity in the course of serving a wealthy client or investor.  This does not occur on our watch.  And as is often inevitable when managing large project teams, we shield you from having to deal with disputes and conflicts, as we are well versed in the art of managing collaborative teams, which includes taking firm and decisive action if and when required to ensure all parties remain aligned to the common goal of completing your project to the highest standard.

As the single-point of overarching project governance, we actively represent project sponsor, owner and shareholder interests as project lead.  Furthermore, we actively draw the collaborative best from multidisciplinary design, consulting and construction teams, drive project performance throughout the development and construction cycle, and engineer value for our clients across cost, time and quality.
