A complex land assembly that obtained planning consent for the ground-up development of a luxury boutique ultra-luxury hotel of 96 rooms & suites, two restaurants, spa/gym facilities, and a private cinema. 

Scope: Development assembly, hotel flag & operator selection, capital structuring & investment banking advisory.

Trafalgar Square, London

A rare site overlooking Trafalgar Square requiring redesign and planning amendment to approve the ground-up development of a 5-star hotel. Site has since been acquired by Clivedale who are constructing a Park Hyatt Hotel on the site. 

Scope: Development management, feasibility assessment, design & construction advisory, planning advisory, site acquisition agency.

Silicone Valley, California (USA)

Pre-development management and scheme assembly of a lifestyle hotel in San Jose (silicone Valley), California. This project was disrupted by Covid and consequently halted in 2020. 

Scope: Development assembly, project team selection, design management, hotel brand (flag) & operator selection, capital structuring & investment banking advisory.

Napa Valley, California (USA)

Assembly of a hotel resort with condo residences on a riverfront site in Napa Valley. This project was disrupted by Covid and aborted in 2020 after a 12-month development assembly process.
